What does a breath work session look like?

Conscious connected breathwork (Breath of Freedom) often starts with checking in with ourselves and lengthening the exhale to calm our bodies. After some movement, we slowly build up consciously to the connected breath. The connected breathing alternates with pauses in the breath and so we breathe in several rounds.

Something about me as a coach: an enthusiastic and experienced yoga teacher and breathing coach. I guide the connected breathing session with pure pleasure, openness, playfulness, humor, strength, safety and vulnerability. Quite a lot can happen in your body, in your head and in your subconscious. You will be guided to be the space with curiosity, playfulness and gentleness.
